Spend Memorial Day Weekend at the Track!

It's Memorial Day weekend and we want to PACK the PARK!

There are events happening on both tracks this weekend starting this Friday with at NASCAR Oval race. The 2017 season starts this Friday with the UHP Performance & Machine NASCAR Oval Race: Gates open at 3pm, qualifying at 4pm and racing starts at 6pm. Event Classes include:Carlson Construction Thunder Stocks, Mini Stocks, 100.9 Country Legends, Pruhs Construction Late Models, and Extreme Fun Center Baby Grands.

Junior Dragster Debut Saturday afternoon. The juniors ages 7-17 get the track all to themselves, with special prizes and participation awards. Spectator gate opens at 11am. More drag racing on deck after the Junior Dragster Debut! Admission gets you into the King of the Street and Gambler's Racing events starting after juniors, roughly 4pm.

Top Eliminator, Quick 8 & Points drag races run Sunday. Event Classes include: Sports & Spinal Injury Top Eliminator, Quick 8, Drag Top Sportsman, Drag Mod ET, Drag Super ET, Drag Trophy, Drag Open Air, and Drag Test & Tune. Spectator gate opens at 10am.

Memorial Day Monday rounds out our weekend events with the Prockish Classic Top Eliminator, Quick 8 & Points drag races. Event Classes include: Sports & Spinal Injury Top Eliminator, Quick 8, Drag Top Sportsman, Drag Mod ET, Drag Super ET, Drag Trophy, Drag Open Air, and Drag Test & Tune.Spectator gate opens at 10am.

Alaska Raceway Park wants to support our local food bank. We are running a spacial promotion this weekend and invite everyone to bring 10 non-perishable food items to get one single day adult admission free.

As always there will be food, beverages, and gift shop open. The spectator parking lot is free with admission, which includes free camping. Weekend passes will be available. Check our events listing for daily pricing.
